What you’ll bring.
- Hands-on systems and infrastructure troubleshooting, with Windows Server and directory-service foundations.
- Network diagnostics, VPN and firewall understanding, and approved change-control discipline.
- Backup and recovery awareness, clear technical handovers and root-cause documentation.
- Diploma or degree in IT, or equivalent experience; source L2 JD indicates 3–6 years of relevant experience.
